Test Delivery

Managed Services Stages

Initial Review

This initial stage defines “As Is” the needs of the business and reviews current practices. This is done in a variety of ways including meetings and workshops. A thorough study is made of all of the relevant aspects of delivery.

The output of this stage is a report which summarises the current situation and makes recommendations for what should be covered by the Managed Service.

Service Definition

The focus at this point is on detailed planning and agreement of the scope of the service - the “Where To”. We help our clients to define exactly what they want to achieve from the service and provide a roadmap of how to get there. Key performance indicators are defined and baseline metrics agreed from which we can measure improvements.

Service Transition

The scope of the service is fully defined and agreed. A core team is populated and flex elements are identified to deliver to agreed service levels. We concentrate on implementing the new service at this stage whilst still maintaining business as usual to manage efficiency, risk and cost.

Service Delivery

The service is delivered at optimum levels using the core team and flex element. Our service manager is responsible for managing day to day communication and will work with you to ensure a smooth service delivery including incremental improvements. Our reporting provides information on the service and quality of deliverables that allows you to be in control and enables informed decision making.
