Mission is looking for test consultants to work within teams delivering all aspects of business critical software testing projects. Our consultants prepare test deliverables and lead teams who document and execute software testing activities.

Key deliverables include:

• Test scripting
• Test execution and documenting results
• Test coverage reporting
• Defect management
• Full end-to-end system testing
• Test team coaching

You will need to demonstrate

• Between 1 and 4 years testing experience
• A track record of functional testing and/or automated testing experience (QTP, WinRunner)
• Proficiency in test analysis and test script preparation
• Experience of executing test scripts and recording results
• Defect management capability using TestDirector or a similar tool
• The ability to lead and coach teams of test consultants

Previous experience of working for professional services organisations will be beneficial.

We are also particularly interested in talking to you if you have experience in any of the following sectors: life and pensions, investment and retail banking, mobile telecommunication, utilities, local and central government.

Salary depending on level of experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes car allowance, bonus, pension, life cover, and Capita share schemes.

These roles are based in London; however, you will be required to travel and work throughout the UK.

Mission has successfully completed our recruitment for our 2006 graduate entry scheme. As from April 2007, we will be considering graduates for employment in September 2007.

Qualifications

You will have a good degree (single, combined or joint honours) in computing or technology and be eligible to work in the UK. In addition, you will be an excellent communicator and be able to demonstrate enthusiasm, drive and initiative.
