Load and Performance Testing Consultant
Mission Practice: Technical Testing
Location: National but predominantly UK South

Description:
As a Mission Load and Performance Consultant, you will be responsible for preparing load and performance test deliverables using Mercury LoadRunner or similar tools.
Typically you will have between two and four years’ testing experience, including the following:
- Two years’ or more commercial experience of Mercury LoadRunner or a similar load and performance testing tool;
- Load and performance testing of web or environments;
- A sound technical knowledge, a good understanding of RDBMs, especially Oracle or MS-SQL;
- A good understanding of TestDirector (not essential but preferred);
- ISEB Foundation (not essential but preferred)
Mission consultants tend to work in teams based on a variety of client sites. Consultants regularly have technical discussions with client technical teams; liaise with project management and other key stakeholders so good communication skills are essential.
National travel is required which may potentially result in being away for several weeks and sometimes months, at a time.
