Mission Practice: Technical Testing
Location: National but predominantly UK South

Description:
As a Mission Load and Performance Testing Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for defining, planning, implementing, managing and delivering load and performance testing projects across our broad client base. Coaching and developing less experienced load and performance consultants will be an important part of this role.
Typically you will have between four and six years’ testing experience, including the following:
- Four years’ or more commercial experience of Mercury LoadRunner or a similar load and performance testing tool;
- Preparing load and performance test strategies using load and performance tools;
- Load and performance testing of web and other environments;
- A sound technical knowledge, a good understanding of RDBMs especially Oracle or MS-SQL;
- Complex technical architectures
- A good understanding of TestDirector (not essential but preferred);
- ISEB Foundation (not essential but preferred)
Excellent customer relations skills are essential. Senior Consultants regularly brief client technical teams as well as client senior managers who are pivotal to the projects they lead.
National travel is required which may potentially include being away for several weeks at a time.
